The eveRide 988 Loop is a 100% free dual sport and adventure motorcycle route that connects Southwest Utah's best backroads, dirt roads, scenic highways, and two-track into one incredible trail system categorized by region, difficulty, and typical weather. It showcases the most glorious, unspoiled, uncrowded  ADV trails in Utah, with connectors to the Utah, SoCal, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado Backcountry Discovery Routes. I've spent the last decade creating the "988" as a love letter to the dual sport and adventure communities to encourage exploration, stewardship of public lands, camaraderie among riders, and most importantly, to raise awareness for men's mental health. That's why 988 is in the title.

The 988 Loop is so much more than a collection of coordinates to me. Mapping this route helped save my life. It's for that reason I named it the eveRide 988 Loop.

988 is the national, three digit dialing code for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, a free and confidential service providing 24/7 emotional support for individuals in suicidal crisis, mental health distress, or substance use emergencies. You can call or text 988 any time if you or a loved one needs help.

I recently called 988 for support with a family member who was struggling with suicidal ideation. Two of the most professional, helpful, incredible crisis therapists came to my home and offered real solutions. They didn't fix the problem, but they provided an intervention and a much-needed direction to save a family member's life.
